Slow vendor, lies about order statuses. Do not count on them for time sensitive work. Placed an order for Rod Desyne parts on 7/12 through Home Depot. Shipping label wasn't created until 7/18. Was given an ETA of 7/22 but it never arrived. Called Home Depot on 7/27, and Rod Desyne advised that the part shipped out 7/24. It didn't, because it picked up today on 7/28. It will be 19 days before we get these parts for a renovation.
